Disability Discrimination act
The
Disability Discrimination Act 1995 states that website's should be accessible
to ensure fair and equal access to employment, goods, services
and facilities including Internet access. This issue affects 8 million
people in the UK, that is a lot of customers, you probably know personally
several. Few Web Designers can meet this challenge.
In 2004 AngelFish Media designed the website for Stockton Blind Peoples Voice and the R&D required meant that AngelFish leapt into the Nations top designers covering this area.
